Mattea brings 7 years of experience as a Consultant at Regulated Capital Consultants, where she helped asset-intensive industries tackle complex tax and compliance challenges. Prior to that, she served as a Consultant at Utilities International, Inc., and as a Senior Business Analyst at APS, sharpening her skills in operational efficiency. Mattea also worked as an Analyst at Katmai Capital Advisors, where she spent 3 years honing her financial acumen. She began her career at ARAMARK in Alaska’s Denali National Park working as a Financial Analyst.

Mattea holds an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School, graduating with distinction, and a BA in Economics and Business from Whitworth University, where she graduated Summa cum laude on the Dean’s List with minors in Mathematics and Marketing.
