What is The Gathering?

The Gathering is a meeting of the Lucasys customer community, including Lucasys customers, employees, and partners. It includes 3 days of industry knowledge sharing, product roadmap insights, practitioner-led sessions, and time with peers running the same tax, accounting, and regulatory work you are. 

The inaugural conference is March 21–23, 2027 at Nobu Hotel in Atlanta, GA.

  • Tax, accounting, and fixed asset professionals, managers, and executives from Lucasys existing customers as well as organizations evaluating Lucasys products are encouraged to attend. Guests are welcome too!

  • The Gathering in 2027 will be held at The Nobu Hotel Atlanta, located in Atlanta’s famous Buckhead neighborhood. Hotel booking is handled directly with Nobu Hotel using your Lucasys code to access group rates.

  • Cut-off date: February 26, 2027.

    After that, Nobu releases unreserved rooms in the block for general sale, and any later reservation is accepted only on a space- and/or rate-available basis.

  • Early bird pricing is $695 when you register by November 30, 2026. After that, general registration is $995. Guests are welcome for an additional fee.

    • Cancel on or before 19 Feb 2027 → full refund

    • Cancel 20 Feb – 5 Mar 2027 → 50% refund

  • Yes, there will be opportunity to earn CPE credits during the conference.
