Lucasys Announces The Gathering, Its Inaugural Customer Conference
We are excited to announce The Gathering: A Meeting of Lucasys Customers, Employees & Partners, our inaugural customer conference. It takes place March 21–23, 2027 at Nobu Hotel Atlanta in Buckhead. Registration is now open, and early bird pricing runs through November 30, 2026.
Why we are doing this
Tax and fixed asset teams at utilities and energy companies do some of the most specialized work in finance, and they rarely get time in a room with peers who do the same work. The Gathering is built for that: three days of practitioner-led sessions, candid conversation about where our applications are headed, and unhurried time with the founders and engineers building them.
It also caps a year of rapid expansion for the Lucasys Income Tax Suite. Since November 2025, we have introduced agentic AI across the suite, launched Tax Repairs as a new core application for utilities and energy companies, and made Tax Repairs available on SAP® Store. We want to show you what comes next, and hear directly from you about what matters most.

Sessions led by the people closest to the work. Hear from the experts who built the platform and from the power users who run it every day.
Time with your peers. Meet the tax, accounting, and fixed asset professionals running the same work you are, and trade notes on what is working.
CPE credits. CPE credits will be available for attendees.

The program opens with a welcome reception on Sunday evening, March 21. Monday is a full day of general sessions and breakouts on product roadmap and practitioner topics, followed by dinner at Nobu. We close with a half-day session on Tuesday morning.
Nobu Hotel Atlanta sits in Buckhead, one of Atlanta's most walkable, restaurant-dense neighborhoods, right next to Phipps Plaza. A discounted group rate at the hotel is available through February 26, 2027.
Pricing
Early bird registration is $695 through November 30, 2026, and $995 after that. Registration includes all sessions, meals, and evening events, and guests are welcome at the evening events.
